Wicked Wednesday came to Ryburn Sixth this week with a host of witches, ghouls, werewolves, pumpkins and other scary creatures appearing on our corridors!
Our students took up the challenge to dress scarily for charity with great enthusiasm and style and raised a fantastic £157 for two worthy causes - The Pulmonary Hypertension Association and The Guide Dog Association.
There were lots of spooky treats for sale and a frighteningly good Halloween fancy dress competition all organised by our fabulous Charity Committee. Marcus (Dracula) won the individual prize, and Katie and Brandon (dressed as a couple from Transylvania) won the best pair. The group entries were so good we had to give joint first place to Esther, Beth, Saira’h and Jessica (Alice in Wonderland) and Ellie, Monty and Adrian (Anime).
Well done to our goulishly good fancy dress competition winners!
